Shipping, Returns and Refunds

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Orders with a value of less than R1500 will have a courier charge of R150.
Orders over the value of R1500 will be shipped free.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If no Branding or Customised embroidery is required, delivery to main cities will take place between 2 and 3 working days.

If Branding or Customised embroidery is required, delivery will take 4 to 5 working days from date of your approval of our proof, depending on complexity and quantity of your order.

The delivery timeframe depends on the logistics and your location. If you need your order urgently, please call us after placing your order, as we will do everything in our power to assist.

 

WHAT ADDRESSES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship orders to physical addresses (Not post boxes). Please make sure that the address you choose for delivery is accurately captured, and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. We recommend using your work address for deliveries.

 

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?

If, for any reason, you would like to return a product, please contact us with your details, and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no expense to you, subject to our Refund and Exchange Policy.

 

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange subject to the following:

  • Original proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Product must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds will only be given within 30 days of purchase.
  • We may deduct fair shipping and handling fee from refunds.
  • Regrettably no refunds or exchanges on branded or customised embroidered products after approval of proof by the client.

If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please return it within 5 working days and it will be repaired or replaced as deemed fit by the manager subject to reasonable wear and tear.
